1. Proj. Name：SCR De-NOx Turn-Key Project for 90MT Boiler

2. Client：Linyuan Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (a member of CSRC/TCC Group)

3. Proj. Period：Oct. 2018∼July 2019

4. Proj. Description：

This Project is in turnkey basis to reduce existing 90MT Boiler NOx emission by providing an new SCR De-NOx System at Linyuan Plant, including basic & detailed design、CFD of flue gas flow、certificates gained、whole system of the SCR De-NOx Facilities、together with associated EPC scopes.  After the Project is accomplished, the flue gas emission of NOx Concentration at SCR exit will be reduced to ≦25 ppmv with NH3-Slip ≦5 ppmv in the inlet flue gas conditions of 143,600 Nm3/hr flow rate & 100 ppmv NOx concentration.

5. Major construction item：

◆  SCR De-NOx Equipment including De-NOx Catalyst Modules.

◆  Shoot Blowers for De-NOx Catalyst Modules (incl. Spray Nozzles).

◆  AIG (Ammonia Injection Grid) with NH3 Spray Nozzles.

◆  20% NH3 water solution feeding pump x 2 sets (incl. frequency converter motors).

◆  Ammonia dilution Blower x 2 sets(incl. frequence conventer motors).

◆  Ammonia water solution vaporizer with electrical heater and atomization nozzles.

◆  New SCR Reactor and Exp. Joint added with existing Flue Gas Duct modification.  

◆  Painting and refractory/insulation.

◆  CEMS for online analyzers (NOx/NH3/O2)、Gas detectors、and I&C revamping works.

◆  With associated works including civil foundation、steel structure、stairs & ladders、

Pipings、ancillary equipment 、electrical power(incl. new MCC)、instrument…, etc.
