1. Proj. Name：De-NOx Turnkey Project for No. 1 Topping Unit of CPC Tao-yuan Refinery

3. Proj. Period：Sep. 2020∼Nov. 2021

4. Proj. Description：

This project is to comply with domestic NOx emission regulation by installing new SCR with Ammonia Injection Grid (AIG), replacing flue gas Induced Draft Fan (ID Fan), adding ammonia dilution air fans, revamping inter-connecting air and flue gas ducts associated with civils and steel structures, instrumentation, electrical works…… etc., with related to Furnace (BA-101A/B) for No. 1 Topping Unit of Tao-yuan Refinery. When the project is accomplished the flue gas emission of NOx concentration at SCR Exit will be reduced to ≦20vppm；meanwhile, the escaped ammonia concentration shall not exceed 5vppm measuring at the exit of SCR.

5. Major construction item：

◆  SCR De-NOx equipment and Ammonia Injection Grid System (AIG).

◆  Flue gas Inducing Draft Fan x 1 set (Incl. frequency converter motor).

◆  Ammonia dilution air fan x 2 sets.

◆  Steam Soot Blower (S/B) for De-NOx Catalyst Bed.

◆  Civil foundation and new paving, piling, steel structures, operation platforms, acquisition of

government permits and construction license application.

◆  Modification and renew the air/flue gas ductworks, mount duct guide vanes, maintenance

manholes, SS 304 duct expansion joint and insulation.

◆  Piping system for SCR/AIG, utility station, fire protection, emergency shower and eye

washer with its piping.

◆  Provide instruments, control valves and online analyzers (NOx / NH₃ / O₂).

◆  PLC Control System, PLC cabinet, 2000 points minimum capacity of Graphic

Configuration, DC Power, CPU, and fully redundant communication module hardware.

◆  Electrical system including power, grounding, control, signaling, lighting for the design,

procurement, construction and acquire electrician certificate. Newly mount 2 sets of power

distribution panel and 1 set of frequency converter panel.

◆  Two sets of Smart hand-held transmitter Calibrator (with HART Protocol).
