4. Proj. Description

This Project is for CPCT to reduce the H2S waste sour gas in the 3/4 Elevate Flare Pipelines in accordance with the Self-Improvement requirements of air pollution prevention and control. Therefore, it is planned to add a Unit of waste sour gas Scrubbing Facilities within the limited area of 8Mx17M. By using new added Scrubbing Facilities, it is expected that the concentration of H2S emission can be effectively reduced at least 95% in case of the Max. 3,000 Nm3/h waste sour gas flow rate with 41.2Vol% H2S inlet content. Meanwhile, the other requirements of system pressure drop1,200mmH2O, Dust removal50%, COD of effluent1,000 mg/L are also needed to be met.

5. Major construction item:

  H2S waste sour gas Scrubbing Facilities x 1 Unit (Incl. Duplex 2205/316L Inlet Barrels,

316L Disengagement Horizontal Vessel, Teflon Reverse jet Nozzles (x4), Froth Columns,

PPGC Chevron Demisters, Duplex 2205 Static Mixer……etc.).

  Scrubbing Circulation Pump x 2 sets, Liquid Caustic Pump x 2 sets, Liquid NaOCl

Pump x 2 sets.

  FRP Liquid NaOH Tank x 1 set and NaOCl Tank x 1 set.

  16”/12”H2S waste sour gas Inlet/Outlet Pipelines retrofitted and/or new added with

Shutoff Valves (x4).

  Process & Utility Piping System w/different kinds of Material, Effluent Wastewater Piping.

  Civil Foundation, Steel Structures, Operation Platforms, Dikes and related Acquisition of

Government Permits and Construction License Application.

  Instruments Incl. Control Valves, Radar/Ultrasonic Liquid L/T, Magnetic or D/P Flow

meters, Density Transmitters, PH/ORP Analyzers, Thermometer/ Pressure Gauges, etc.

  Power Equipment Incl. MCC Panel, Site Explosion-proof Lighting Fixture, Grounding,

Communication, Power Cable and Conduit, Site Switching Station.
