1. Proj. Name：CPCT Alkylation plant Tail Gas Emission Improvement EPC Turn-Key Project

4. Proj. Description：

This project is for CPCT to reduce Alkylation plant Tail Gas SO₂ emission exhausted from the outlet of final absorbing tower(V-360) by adding a SO₂ absorption Unit of caustic Scrubbing Facilities before the existing chimney (M-327).The available space to be used for construction is limited within an area of 6M x 6M.Based on Alkylation plant Tail Gas Inlet/Outlet Design Baselines, it is expected that：in case of the Max.7736Nm³/h waste sour gas flow rate with 0.11 Vol% SO₂ concent Inlet, the outlet SO₂ concent can be ≦30 vppm(@6% O₂ , dry base).In addition to the above design requirements, it shall also be met that the total system pressure drop ≦600 mmH₂O and Dust removal eff. ≧50%.

◆  316L Scrubbing Circulation Pump x 2 sets

◆  24”∮ SO₂ tail gas Inlet/Outlet Pipelines retrofitted and/or new added with Shutoff

Valves (x2).

◆  Process & Utility Piping System w/different kinds of Material, Effluent Wastewater Piping.

◆  Civil Foundation, Steel Structures, Operation Platforms, Dikes and related Acquisition

of Government Permits and Construction License Application.

◆   Instruments Incl. Control Valves, Radar/Ultrasonic Liquid L/T, Magnetic or D/P Flow

meters, Density Transmitters, PH Analyzers, Thermometer/ Pressure Gauges, etc.

◆   Power Equipment Incl. MCC Panel, Site Explosion-proof Lighting Fixture, Grounding,

Communication, Power Cable and Conduit, Site Switching Station.
