 Production Lines at CSRC Linyuan Plant

3. Proj. Period：Oct. 2020∼Aug. 2021

4. Proj. Description：

This project is performed in EPC turnkey basis to build a new Catalytic Ceramic Filter Chamber for De-NOx and Dust Removal and a new Mg(OH)2 Scrubbing Tower for De-SOx, including Combustion Chamber、Mixing Chamber、ID Fans、Pumps、Flue Gas Duct、Piping with accessory equipment. It can handle the flue gas treatment in amount of 57,000Nm³/hr, which is emitted to existing stack P001 from three EBF production lines. After flue gas pollutants to be treated & removed, a better gas emissions quality of NOx ≦ 20ppm, escaped NH₃ ≦ 5ppm, SOx ≦ 20ppm, Dust ≦ 5mg/Nm³ (at Filter chamber outlet) can be achieved.
