4. Proj. Description：

This project is to replace and install Flare Tip(2601－L) and renovate operational district to accommodate Phenol factory need. The project includes: construction, material, consumable equipments, construction hardware, tools and transportation.

5. Major construction item：

◆  Removal of old flare tip and NDS, New Riser and NAO 18"Φ Flare Tip hoist install, steam

pipe 3"Φ upgrade to 4"Φ with material, and 2"Φ steam pipe rupture section repair and

replacement.

◆  Flare ignition tube and gas tube partial upgrade replacement

◆  Pipeline thermo upgrade

◆  NAO new/old CONTROL BOX integration

◆  Coordinate new and old equipment/pipeline/electronics/control panel design

upgrade

◆  Coordinate testing and training
