4. Proj. Description：

To integrate the Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning work as a complete turn-key EPC project. Work is starting from dismantle the existing flare tip and replaced with the new 18’’ & 24’’ smokeless flare tip by using the common support structure of the existing elevated flare. Except the renewed of two (2) sets of flare tip and its entire combustion system of the flare; in addition, to add a new waste gas collecting trunk line from the new unit to flare. The work is also including the revamp of piping, insulation, scaffolding and a new Water Seal Drum with civil foundation, instrumentation & control system together with the commissioning work after dismantled the existing piping system at the vicinity of the flare riser.

5. Major construction item：

◆  Renewed of 18” & 24’’ flare tip (Including igniter and the ignition control panel).

◆  Fabricate a new Water Seal Drum with its civil foundation.

◆  Repair the existing two (2) seal drums.

◆  Revamp of piping, insulation and instrumentation.

◆  Integration and rectification between the interface of new and old equipment / piping /

electrical / instrument and issuing the required design drawings.

◆  Comply with Client dominated commissioning and training work.
