3. Proj. Period：Mar. 2011∼Dec. 2011

4. Proj. Description：

This project is to renew the ignition panel and 72” Flare Tip on Ta-lin No.4 Elevated Flare Unit, design and fabricate new Water Seal Drum & K.O. Drum, and install new flare slop oil pumps.  Construction also includes piling, civil foundation, Steel structure, Platform, Piping, Grounding, Lightings, Power Electric, Controlling Instruments, insulation, painting……, etc.

5. Major construction item：

◆   New Added Water Seal Drum (D-6522A  5461 ID x 6331 TT)

◆   New Added K.O. Drum (D-6520   5200 ID x 22000 TT)

◆   Remove 54” flare tip and Molecular Seal

◆   Install 72” flare tip and replace 54” Molecular Seal with 54”φstraight pipe

◆   Install pumps (P-6521 C/D Flare Slop Oil Pumps)

◆   Install 72” Butterfly Valve 2 sets and 72” MOV 1 set
