3. Proj. Period：Mar. 1996∼Feb. 1997

4. Proj. Description：

This project is a newly constructed No.3 Waste Gas Ground Flare Package with capacity of 45 Tons/Hr in turnkey basis, which included water seal drum modification of existing No.2 Elevated Flare and supply of accessory equipments & bulk materials.  In addition to the above mentioned, it also required basic design with modification、detailed design、material supply、transportation、fabrication & field erection、installation、construction、assembly、test run and start up, totally based on the requirements in turnkey basis.
