4. Proj. Description：
The project is set up due to KKL intends to further improve and optimize
liquor quality. It’s divided into two parts namely civil / architectural,
and mechanical / electrical & air conditioning. The project is in
association with civil / architectural schedule to complete the electrical
work, fire protection, plumbing, fermentation pond conveyor system, liquor
soup collecting system, air compression system and HVAC system, etc.

HVAC system including four (4) chillers, ten (10) water pumps, four (4) heat
pumps, eight

cooling towers, two (2)
expansion tanks, twelve (12) heat exchangers, eighteen (18) air
handling
units (AHU), twenty two (22) separate type air conditioners, fifty three (53)
ventilators, twenty
four (24) air curtains with its control equipment and
installation works,
