4. Proj. Description：

This turn-key project is to design and remove original old facility and re-build a new condensate purification facility which can continuously operate 168 hours with production capacity of 350 ton of pure water per hour.

5. Major construction item：

◆   Remove No.4 existing water purification units。

◆   Pre-filtration processing unit includes 110M3 stainless steel tank, SS304 vessel  contains high

efficiency PP fiber filter x 3 sets,  Carbon steel vessel lined with rubber contains active carbon filtration

material x 3 sets.

◆   Ionic exchanger resin vessel x 2 sets and acid-base regenerating equipments.

◆   Equipment civil foundations and steel structure with operating platform.

◆   Explosive-proof motor with stainless steel pump x 10 sets.

◆   Electric power equipments: MCC panels, Lighting fixtures and grounding system.

◆   Instrument renewal including detection instruments, silica analyzer， pressure and

temperature transmitters

◆   PLC and intergraph control system, underground pipe replacements.
