1. Proj. Name：SMA Pilot Plant Retrofit Turnkey Project

2. Client：Taiwan Prosperity Chemical Corp. (TPCC)

3. Proj. Period：2019.06∼2019.12

4. Proj. Description：

This Project is located in TPCC Lin-Yuan plant, to retrofit existing Pilot Plant to meet the new process and standard requirements. The Pilot Plant is retrofitted according to the Client’s process requirements and the scopes include: control system, equipments, piping, steel structure, foundations, instruments, electric, painting, thermo insulation and detail designs. Pre-commissioning, testing, and operation training shall also be provided.

5. Major construction item：

◆  Existing tanks and vessels, condensers, pumps, blowers, & cooling conveyor to be

relocated.

◆  Existing tanks x 5, circulation pump x 1, packaged equipments x 6, and related piping

& wiring removed.

◆  Client's new provided rotary machines x 3 and vacuum system x 1, transported to site

and installed.

◆  Modification of existing stainless steel tanks x 2

◆  New purchase: stainless steel tanks x 4, pneumatic pumps x 5, centrifugal pump x 1, tank

mixers x 2, blower x 1, electric powered explosion proof hoist and hand-hoist x 1,

packaging machine x 1

◆  Original platform removed, reconstruction of new platform including foundation and steel

structure works.

◆  Piping, accessories, support, valves purchase and installation

◆  Instruments and control system including （PLC, HMI, indicators, safety valves, control

valves, wiring, electric conduit）installation, testing and calibrating.

◆  Electric power supply and equipments, grounding system, cable box extension installation

and testing.

◆  Other related equipments and piping thermal insulation works.
