4. Proj. Description:
This Project
is
to
revamp
TSMC Kaohsiung
existing
plant waste water and oil tank VOC recovery
system,
which scope
includes design, procurement and construction
(EPC).
According to
Client’s
requirements
and data
given,
Mascol
shall assess
and design the new
recovery
system
and then the recovered VOC to be burned out in the boiler
to meet new environmental VOC emission standards.
This
project will need to understand the characteristic of
various
tanks’
products and related basic designed data;
then,
based on TSMC’s
requirements,
to revamp
the
existing
process and equipments. The revamping work includes: civil work, steel
structure, equipments, piping, control system, electric power, thermal
insulation, fire
fighting works.

piping, civil works, steel structures, support, instruments and
controls,
electric power,
control box and panel, wiring, cables,
sandblasting and painting works,
and to
cooperate
with
the Client
for
whole
system
testing and commissioning.
