3. Proj. Period：July 2017∼Dec. 2017

4. Proj. Description：

This project is for distribution pond follow-up E & M project of STSPB Tainan Park Phase II base development project. Mainly for the procurement and renew total 10 units of frequency converted vertical shaft type pump driving motor. Together with a frequency converted low suction submersible pump. It will be mounted at STSPB Tainan Park No.4 & 5 distribution pond separately. Work scope is including renew & add pumping units, mounting pipe & valve, procurement of re-generation type frequency converted motor, erection, adjustment, wiring and commissioning.

5. Major construction item：

◆  Add new dry well vertical shaft type pumps of 200HP ×2 units/150HP ×6 units/100HP

×2 units.

◆  Move and install the existing low suction submersible pump ×1 unit.

◆  Renew total 11 units of frequency converted vertical shaft type pump driving motor.

◆  Provide 5 sets of silent type check valve/block valve/vent valve/double rod expansion joint  

individually.

◆  Material and construction labor of tap water use 500∮mm/400∮mm ductile iron pipe and  

fittings.

◆  Wiring, testing and adjustment of newly install motor frequency converter.

◆  Power line construction and wiring of water pumps.

◆  Incorporate PLC control system of No.4 & 5 distribution pond water pumps together with  

software modification and commissioning.

◆  Reinforcement of civil structure and protection, recovery of site planting.
