3. Proj. Period：Nov. 2011∼Feb. 2013

4. Proj. Description：

This project is to reduce B404 Boiler (MCR 150 Ton/hr) NOx emission to 40ppmv by installing new SCR, APH, SAH, inter-connecting ductworks.  This also includes civil work, steel structure, electrical, instrument and piping……, etc.

5. Major construction item：

◆   New SCR & AIG system

◆   Dismantle old horizontal APH and SAH and replace with new APH (add a new vertical

type air pre-heater) and SAH.

◆   Civil foundation, steel structure/welding, operation platform, hazardous license

registration.

◆   Renew ductworks with SUS304 duct expansion joint and insulation.

◆   Electrical engineering includes MCC panels and grounding network and Ani-Explosion

lighting fixture.

◆   Instrument renewal including NOx detector, analyzer and transmitters.

◆   Piping renewal including new ammonia injection system (AIG) & installation.
