1. Proj. Name：Tanker Top Filling Station Expansion for Ta-Lin Refinery No.8 Sulfur

4. Proj. Description：

This project is to build two (2) sets of molten sulfur tanker top filling platform. The pump will transfer the molten sulfur from the existing sulfur storage tanks (DS-601/602/603) via insulated jacket pipe to the filling platform. The melted sulfur is filled from the top of the sulfur tanker through the loading arm for domestic sales. Work scope is according to Client’s design requirement to develop the construction plan, quality assurance plan and occupational safety and health management plan. The implementation of the project including detailed design, procurement, construction, installation and testing of each mechanical, electrical and instrument equipment. And obtain the necessary documents and licensing permits, final satisfaction acceptance and warranty work.This Project is achieved “outstanding engineering award” of year 2018 given by the Taiwan government.

5. Major construction item：

◆  Renew two (2) sets of steam jacket sulfur transfer pump (P-601A / B)

◆  Add two (2) sets of molten sulfur loading arms

◆  Add two (2) sets of pneumatic stretch stairs

◆  Main molten sulfur conveying pipe heated by steam tracing and its associated  piping such

as LS, LC, LA and utility station. Design spec. of molten sulfur conveying main pipe is K.C.S.

shelter, pipe rack and steel structures fireproofing

◆  Control valves and MCC panels
