4. Proj. Description：

This project included all above-ground piping works for CPCT No.2 HDS Plant, whose all pipes, fittings & valves were provided by CPCT and done by Mascol. The scopes included pipe sand blast & painting, welding, annealing, pressure test (hydro / pneumatic), also together with fabrication & installation of all pipe supports. The pipe had high hydro-test pressure, up to 105kg/cm²G for the high pressure system.

◆  6”φ-Sch40 S.S. pipe welding & installation：630 pls

◆  6”φ pipe annealing after welding：4,700 pls

◆  6”-150# flange installation (1 set with 2 pcs)：2,700 sets

◆  Water consumed for pipe flushing & hydro-test (incl. pneumatic test)：980 tons

◆  Steam tracing tubes：4,100 m
