This Project is to relocate the original Hydrogen purification units from Kao-hsiung Refinery to Tao-yuan. The project consists of civil engineering, factory design and construction, building license registration and the pipe connection with oil product, material logistics, pipeline design and construction, HPU relocation and installation, control system design and installation, compressor motor upgrade from 3.3KV to 4.16KV, catalyst re-fill, commissioning, hydro testing and acquire certificate issued by  Taiwan Pressure Vessel Association.
