4. Proj. Description：

The goal of this turkey project is to reduce CPCT #3 Boiler (MCR 225 Ton/hr) NOx emission to less than 100/25 vppm at SCR inlet/outlet, with ammonia slippage less than 5vppm, by the means of installing new SCR, renew the facilities including APH, FD Fan, SAH, LNB, ECO, Deaerator, DCS, PLC, etc.

5. Major construction item：

◆  Add Selected Catalyst Reactor (SCR) & Ammonia Injection Grid (AIG) system.

◆  Renew Air Pre-heater (APH).

◆  Renew Forced Draft Fan (FDF) and Hydraulic Coupling.

◆  Renew Steam Air Heater (SAH).

◆  Renew Low NOx Burners, Igniter and Flame Detector.

◆  Renew Economizer of #3 Boiler.

◆  Renew/Revamp Deaerator.

◆  Revamp/Repair Boiler Rear-Wall.

◆  Renew Air/Flue Gas Ductwork.

◆  Updating/Expanding DCS control system, software/hardware in compliance with existing

PLC and instrumentation work.

◆  Others: Renew existing CCTV, PA system. Updating ARCV to FCV by DCS control for

the existing 3 sets of boiler feed water pump P-302A/B/C.

◆  With associated works as mentioned above equipments for civil foundation, steel

structural, platform & stair, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and insulation.
