4. Proj. Description

The goal of this turnkey project is to recover all the flare gas of CPCT with the recovery capacity of 6,400Nm3/hr in order to comply with local stringent environmental regulation. By means of installing two trains of the combined Flare Gas Recovery/Gas Sweetening System (FGRS) through comprise, separation, neutralization and the sweetened gas (containing less than 80 ppm of H2S) is to be sent back to fuel system for refinery process use.

5. Major construction item:

  Liquid Jet Ejectors: Material 316L SS, 4x1,600 Nm3/hr @discharge pressure 6 kg/cm2G.

  5 sets of various pressure vessel, 4 sets of heat exchanger, 1 set of Amine absorber and

3 sets of tank.

  4 sets of multi-stage centrifugal pump: API 610 A-8, flow rate 292 m3/hr @discharge

pressure 51 kg/cm2G.

  8 sets of general centrifugal pump and 4 sets of diaphragm pump.

  4 sets of motive fluid filter: 313 m3/hr w/40 mesh, 2 sets of rich Amine filter: 20.4 m3/hr w/

filtration req’d : 95% of particles ≧ 10μm.

  Civil work, handling of underground objects, equipment foundation, piling, steel structure

and fireproof cladding.

  Piping fabrication and erection for ISBL/OSBL/Utility/Fire fighting is about 55,000 DB

approximately, the work is also including material supplies, pipe supports, hot tapping tie-in,

PWHT in site, acid wash and insulation, etc.

  Electricity and electrical equipments, lighting, grounding, PA system, cable & conduit with

cable pulling and testing.

   Instrumentation and control system equipments, which shall include control system,

vibration and temperature monitoring system for rotating equipment, instruments, gaseous

detectors, control valves, POV, safety valves, CCTV, fittings, cable & conduit, etc.
