3. Proj. Period：Dec. 2015∼Jan. 2017

4. Proj. Description：

This turn-key project is to dismantle the existing old facility and perform the engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning assistance for the replacement of new ultra-pure water facility with the provision of 100% redundancy which can continuously operate 360 hours with production capacity of 300 tons of ultra-pure water per hour.

5. Major construction item：

◆  Dismantle No.3 & 4 existing ultra-pure water purification units, ground preparation and

demolitions disposal.

◆  Pre-filtration processing unit includes carbon steel tank with resin epoxy painting coated on

interior surface and contains with active carbon filtration material x 2 sets.

◆  Concrete intermediate water tank, FRP degasifier 2 sets each, and centrifugal blowers x 4

sets.

◆  Carbon steel tank with rubber lined inside for cation/anion ionic exchanger resin vessel x 2

sets each and contains with the required amount of resin. SUS 304 extracted type

cation/anion resin flushing tanks.

◆  Carbon steel tank with rubber lined inside for Sandwich Bed Polisher with the required

amount of resin.

◆  HCl & NaOH storage tank, FRP metering tank x 3 sets, and related resin regenerating 

equipment.

◆  SUS 304 resin bag filter x 6 sets.

◆  Equipment civil foundations and steel structure with operating platform.

◆  Motor with corrosion resistant, stainless steel pump x 30 sets.

◆  Electric power equipments: MCC panels, Lighting fixtures and grounding system.

◆  Instruments including detection instruments, silica analyzer, pressure and temperature

transmitters.

◆  PLC and intergraph system, LCP panel, pressure tube and instrument wiring work.

◆  Above ground piping system including CPVC, SUS304 & CS pipe material, pipe support,

etc.

◆  Ultra-pure water purity lab exam, perform pre-commissioning and commissioning

assistance work.
