1. Proj. Name：Oil Mud Incinerator Off Gas Emission Improvement Project

4. Proj. Description：

The purpose of this Project is for the improvement of off gas emission from existing CPCT rotary kiln to meet local EPA requirement due to higher sulphur content in oil mud fed, which is over the original design condition and could result in a higher SOx emission happened.  After the new scrubbing system of facilities installed, the off gas SO₂ emission can be extremely reduced and also the odor smell can be improved obviously; therefore, a much better environmental air quality can be gained.  It is expected that in the off gas inlet conditions with 0.2 Vol% high SO₂ concentration at gas flow rate of 12,000 Nm³/hr (max.) the off gas would be scrubbed by NaOH caustic soda solution, and the SO₂ concentration of emission outlet could be decreased to   ≦50ppmv with COD of effluent ≦900 mg/L.

◆  Renew Existing I.D. Fan (Incl. Inverter Motor) x 1 set, Replace Some of Biger Diameter
