4. Proj. Description

This project is to build a new Membrane Stage Vapor Recovery Unit to improve vapor recovery efficiency at the Shimen Fuel Depot. This Membrane Stage Vapor Recovery Unit (include activated carbon / molecular sieve PSA equipment) will make the Shimen Fuel Depot comply with the local environmental protection regulations and emission standards.  The Vapor recovery Unit Capacity will be higher than 900Nm3/hr, which should reduce the HC vapor emissions by at least 95%, and the concentration of fuel vapor emissions after the treatment of pressure swing adsorption equipment should be lower than 300ppm (excluding methane).

  Liquid Ring Compressor x 3 sets (Incl. Variable Speed Drive System), Vacuum Pump

x 3 sets, Membrane Stage x 9 sets.

  Scrubber (Incl. Demister) x 1 set.

  Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Unit (Incl. Activated Carbon, Molecular Sieve) x 2 sets.

  Renovate Existing Oil Tank to be Vapor Holder (Incl. Rubber Bubble) x 1 set.

  Container Control Room x 1 set.

  Vapor, Scrubbing Fluid and various Inlet / Outlet Tie-in Pipelines (OSBL)

  Process & Utility Piping System with different kinds of Material, (Oily) Effluent Wastewater

Piping (ISBL).

  Civil Foundation, Operation Platform, Dike and Acquisition of Government Permits.

  Instruments incl. PLC Panel, Control Valves, Magnetic Flip Liquid L/T, Vortex Flowmeter,

RTD thermometer, D/P Transmitter, Thermometer/ Pressure Gauge, etc.

  Power Equipment incl. Electrical Panel, Site Explosion-proof Lighting Fixture, Grounding,

Communication, Power Cable and Conduit, Site Switching Station.
