4. Proj. Description:
This project
is
to build a new Membrane Stage Vapor Recovery Unit to improve vapor recovery
efficiency at the Shimen
Fuel Depot.
This Membrane Stage Vapor Recovery Unit (include activated carbon /
molecular sieve PSA equipment) will make the Shimen Fuel
Depot
comply with the local environmental protection regulations and emission
standards.
The
Vapor recovery
Unit Capacity will be higher than
900Nm3/hr, which should reduce the
HC
vapor emissions by at least 95%,
and the concentration of
fuel
vapor emissions after the treatment of pressure swing adsorption equipment
should be lower
than 300ppm (excluding methane).
