4. Proj. Description：

This project is to build a new Membrane Stage Vapor Recovery Unit to improve vapor recovery efficiency at the No.1 Loading Unit of Tao-yuan Refinery. This Membrane Stage Vapor Recovery Unit (include activated carbon / molecular sieve PSA equipment) will make the Tao-yuan Refinery to comply with the local environmental protection regulations and emission standards.  The Vapor Recovery Unit Capacity will be higher than 1,200Nm³/hr, which should reduce the HC vapor emissions at least 95%(by Mass), and the concentration of fuel vapor emissions after the treatment of pressure swing adsorption equipment should be ≦300 vppm (excluding methane).

◆  50m³ Vapor Buffer Tank (Incl. Rubber Bladder) x 1 set.

◆  Container Type of Control Room x 1 set and Online Analyzer (THC / CH4 ) x1 set .

◆  Vapor, Scrubbing Fluid and various Inlet / Outlet Tie-in Pipelines (OSBL) 

◆  Process & Utility Piping System with different kinds of Material (ISBL)

◆  Civil Foundation, Operation Platform, Dike and Acquisition of Government Permits.

◆  Safety Facilities incl. HC Gas Detectors, Flame Arresters, Pressure Relief Valves,

 Breathing Valve, Gas outlet Silencer, etc.

◆  Instruments incl. PLC Panel, Control Valves, Magnetic Flip Liquid L/T, Vortex Flowmeter,
