4. Proj. Description：

This project is to build a new Membrane Stage Vapor Recovery Unit to improve vapor recovery efficiency at the No.1 Loading Unit of Tao-yuan Refinery. This Membrane Stage Vapor Recovery Unit (include activated carbon / molecular sieve PSA equipment) will make the Tao-yuan Refinery to comply with the local environmental protection regulations and emission standards.  The Vapor Recovery Unit Capacity will be higher than 1,200Nm³/hr, which should reduce the HC vapor emissions at least 95%(by Mass), and the concentration of fuel vapor emissions after the treatment of pressure swing adsorption equipment should be ≦300 vppm (excluding methane).
