4. Proj. Description：

The rotary trash rack is central inflow type with single inlet and double outlet. It’s installed in a wet and salty area and mainly for filtering seawater debris. The unit is automatically start and shut down by preset timer controls. In order to remove suspended material and by the rotary screen to picked up the dirt in the seawater. The dirt is removed by the spray system when the screen basket is traveled to the top. Then the dirt is fall into the discharge trench and flow to the discharge channel. Each trash rack is equipped with a FRP splash guard mounted on the floor. To cover the rotating parts and spray system mounted above ground. The shroud shall be watertight and fitted with two quick-opening inspection covers (including leak-proof gaskets). In order to view the chain and screen basket. Provision of another transparent view hole is required. There is flushing device installed in dirt bucket to speed up the dirt removal. The trash rack also features a fast / slow double speed design. The unit is drive by the electric motor with direct gear reducer. Which is design under the circumstance that grid is full of dirt it still can be started.
